You can understand certain sellers who don’t know what they’ve got miss-identifying a board, I’ve seen lots of Warptail 2 listed as 70’s when they’re clearly a 2000 reissue!
But the guy selling the Sims has some serious collection and often quite interesting listings on eBay, so not sure how or why he’d get this deck wrong, it definitely looks like a tribute board!
Must admit reissue boards are not my thing, and will only raise questions about authenticity in the future.

yes i agree,im not into reissue stuff at all,it just devalues the original items.the majority of the time they are just cheap cash in jobs and inferior to the real thing
but stuff like all the kryptonic wheels reissues were so similar to the originals that those really hurt the prices of the genuine ones,2nd gen kryps have plummeted since those appeared
