Ill start the ball rolling , got this which I bought for the trucks and wheels which it had on , I think it’s ash but I’ll stand corrected , it’s had multiple trucks mounted on it hence all the mounting holes , also has a rib down the middle of the underside , anybody any clues on this at first I thought homemade but with the “rib” down the underbelly I doubt anybody would go that bother so I’m guessing a British deck if so Steve itsonlymoney :D territory maybe

Yeah it doesn’t look home made from the photos

A few companies made decks with a rib like that down the middle even Sims early on

I’ll have a look about and see if I can see something similar.

Nice enough deck though, a light sanding and some clear varnish or wax would have it looking well

Just out of nosey ness what wheels and trucks were on it

I saw this one on eBay and it reminded me of I think a Logos deck, but now I can’t find a photo of one for comparison

The wheel wells are distinctive or unusual

If your deck came set up like that then I suspect it’s very unlikely they skimped on the deck,

It looks good enough quality so Will have to do some research 😂

My favourite thing

If you look through the photos on this eBay listing The centre rib on the bottom of this RMI deck is similar to yours but possibly a different model or shape.

Hi,

I have a prototype skateboard bought in Crystal palace area, It was at the benjyboard shop in the late 70s. I was in the British speedteam and attended Crystal Palace and Brands Hatch events, where the board reached 47MPH.
I would love it to be used again, I'm too old now. I believe it's one of two made.

Pictures on
Make me an offer!!

My board is on ebay for £1200..I will accept £1000 OR make me an offer!!
